Social Economy for more Supportive Communities: Government Action Plan for Collective Entrepreneurship

In November 2008, the Government of Quebec released a five‐year action plan in support of collective entrepreneurship. The government action plan for collective entrepreneurship aims to maximize the impact of this economic sector which includes cooperatives and non‐profit organizations (NPO).
