Gay Lea Foods , Ontario's largest dairy co-op, has launched a new corporate social responsibility website devoted to its support for international co-operative development projects.
The website, www.genuinenotjustgenerous.com, is the latest development in the the "genuine not just generous" campaign Gay Lea has been featuring on its milk tankers for several months. The theme of the campaign is "The world is our community; Ontario is our home".
The site contains details about Gay Lea's efforts to raise funds for the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada (CDF), the fundraising arm of the Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA), and the international development projects it has supported in Nepal, El Salvador and Ghana. It also includes a world map highlighting CCA international development projects around the world.
