David Hulchanski, Director, Centre for Urban & Community Studies & Professor, Faculty of Social Work, University of Toronto, will discuss deficits in Canada's approach to social housing and what the need for social housing actually is.

David Peters, Special Advisor, Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association on Policy and Government Relations, will share a new model for delivering housing services, where things are going and where he thinks they should go.

Dale Reagan, Managing Director of the Ontario Region of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada, will talk about co-operative housing and its future in Canada.
